Test Manager (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

Core responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the Test Team, including planning, monitoring, and controlling test activities and tasks
• Prepare and maintain organizational test strategies, maintain adherence to testing controls, and manage test work packages
• Implement continuous improvement to testing processes and controls, and build on embedded frameworks
• Handle hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating team members, including line management of several test team members

Required skills and experience:

• Several years of practical experience in a software testing role with strong hands-on software testing experience
• Experience in a similar Test Manager/Test Lead role with demonstrable planning and organizational skills
• Detailed understanding of the software development lifecycle and comprehensive knowledge of the software test lifecycle
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills
