Test Analyst

As a Test Analyst at Tandem, your focus will be on:

• Projects of different size, scale and complexity
• Working collaboratively with delivery teams to deliver new or upgraded software, at the highest possible quality standards
• Defining and producing Test artefacts that align with the agreed Test methodology and processes, for all applicable Test Phases
• Taking ownership of Test Case creation, Test Execution and Issue resolution within the area of responsibility, and ensuring Test activities is completed to a high level and quality standard

This role contributes to Tandem's mission as the UK's greener digital bank by ensuring high-quality software delivery that supports the bank's operations, helping to drive a brighter, greener future through reliable technology.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Demonstrable proficiency in a software testing role, with suitable practical experience
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and different delivery methodologies
• Sound working knowledge of the Software Test Lifecycle
• Experience in defining and creating Test Cases, completing Test Execution and Defect Management

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 and up to 20% bonus and benefits
