Territory Sales Manager (South West)

• Manage and grow sales with key merchants, distributors and contractors across the South West territory
• Build a strong project pipeline and convert opportunities into sales
• Develop close customer relationships to drive loyalty and long-term growth
• Deliver product training, presentations and customer engagement activities

By driving sales of sustainable fluid and energy management solutions, this role contributes to the development of efficient infrastructure and resource conservation, supporting environmental sustainability.

• Proven sales experience within construction, building products, utilities or a related sector
• Highly self-motivated, driven and able to work independently
• Strong experience working with buying groups, contractors and distributors
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the region

Salary c. £52,000, annual sales bonus 25%, £7,000 Cash4Cars Allowance, Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance 6x annual salary, Critical illness cover, Pension contribution up to 10%, Dental cash plans, Enhanced parental leave, discounts, and wellbeing package.
