Mission
What you will drive
- Build and maintain relationships with authorized distributors and solar installers within the assigned Midwest territory to drive sales of hybrid battery storage and residential solar solutions.
- Identify market opportunities, develop strategies to penetrate those markets, and increase SMA's market share through authorized channel partners.
- Execute brand and messaging strategy, participate in industry events, and provide outstanding customer support to stakeholders.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferably electrical or mechanical engineering) and 2-3 years of sales or account management experience.
- Solar or renewable energy industry sales experience strongly preferred; understanding of residential solar/PV design and hybrid battery storage solutions.
- Proven ability to build relationships with distributors and installers, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Valid passport and driver's license required; ability to travel domestically and to Canada.
