Mission

What you will drive

  • Drive sales for Trek, Electra Bicycles, and Bontrager Accessories by setting goals, monitoring dealer performance, and managing forecasting, ordering, and prospecting.
  • Appoint, develop, and consult with retailers to maximize market position and provide product and sales training.
  • Conduct market research to understand the competitive environment and identify opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and embody the Trek brand.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the cycling industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Willingness to travel overnight and explore territory.
  • Bonus: working knowledge of Ascend Point of Sale System and familiarity with the area.
