What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through market development and engagement activities in assigned territory
- Increase consumer awareness and demand through marketing, networking, education and lead generation
- Develop and maintain dealer and distributor base through training, accountability and recruitment
- Create sales forecasts and evaluate dealer/distributor performance using CRM platform

Required qualifications:
- 3+ years technical sales experience with proven sales growth track record
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- BA/BS in technical or business-related field, or equivalent experience
- Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Able to travel 75% of the time
