Mission
What you will drive
The Territory Manager drives sales growth through development and engagement activities inside an assigned market. Key responsibilities include:
- Identify market potential to increase sales and market share
- Meet or exceed annual sales and contribution margin goals
- Increase consumer/contractor awareness and order demand through marketing, advertising, networking, education, and lead generation activities
- Maintain a Distributor and Manufactures Representative base by driving performance, accountability and constant recruiting of new opportunities as needed

Required qualifications and skills:
- Strong presentation and communication skills – Fluent in French
- 5 years technical sales experience (B2B) with proven sales growth track record
- Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- BA/BS in technical or business-related field of study, or equivalent experience
