About the Role
The Tendering Manager is responsible for leading a team in administering, consulting, and negotiating Engineered Package contracts with external and internal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team that administrates, consults, and negotiates Engineered Package contracts with external and internal customers
- Develop pre-sales contract strategies and work closely with marketing, sales, and business management teams to structure proposals/contracts/bid documents
- Negotiate contracts that are consistent with business objectives and manage the preparation of all technical, financial, cash flow, and operational delivery aspects of bids/estimates/quotations
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in contract agreements across customers/channels and work with other function managers to ensure suitable support is provided to tenders

Required skills and experience:
- Proven experience focused on new business generation with a strong track record of winning new customers
- Proven track record as a manager building and developing high performance teams
- High Voltage (HV) and (400kVâ132kV) and MV (66kV-11kV) knowledge and Industrial substation experience preferred
- Understanding of Construction contracts (NEC, FIDIC, etc) and sound communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
