Telephone Fundraising Specialist

The Telephone Fundraising Specialist role at Tušti narvai involves communicating with existing and potential supporters via phone to raise funds for the organization's activities in Lithuania. The primary goal is to ensure the organization has sufficient funds to operate and grow. This role helps ensure the organization has enough funds to continue fighting for animals in Lithuania, directly supporting efforts to end animal suffering in industrial farms.

• Willingness to communicate with people (will have many conversations and correspondence with existing and potential donors)
• Ability to listen to others and understand different perspectives
• Stress resistance (not every day in activism is calm)
• Responsibility and diligence (must be able to plan your work)
• Ability to communicate in English (perfect knowledge not required, but will need to talk and correspond with colleagues from abroad)

• Part-time position (20 hours per week) with possibility to work more hours in the future by taking on more responsibilities
