Telephone Fundraising Specialist

• Communicate with existing donors via phone to maintain support
• Find new people who want to support the fight for animals in Lithuania
• Ensure the organization has sufficient funds to carry out activities and grow

This role helps ensure the organization has enough funds to continue fighting for animals in Lithuania, directly supporting efforts to end animal suffering in industrial farms.

• Willingness to communicate with people (will have many conversations and correspondence with existing and potential donors)
• Ability to listen to others and understand different perspectives
• Stress resistance (not every day in activism is calm)
• Responsibility and diligence (must be able to plan your work)
• Ability to communicate in English (perfect knowledge not required, but will need to talk and correspond with colleagues from abroad)

• Part-time position (20 hours per week) with possibility to work more hours in the future by taking on more responsibilities
• Flexible working hours
• 3-5 hours per month dedicated to learning and development
• €1,100 gross salary (plus 1% for each year of similar work experience)
