Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. This is a full-time position based in our office in New York.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems
  • Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems
