Technical Sourcer (12-month Contract)

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing for highly specialized technical roles across software engineering, AI/ML, computer vision, robotics, infrastructure, platform engineering, product management, and hardware.
• Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Manage candidate pipelines, maintain data integrity in Greenhouse, and continuously improve sourcing strategies.

This role directly supports the hiring of engineers and scientists who build intelligent machinery for agriculture and construction, enabling safer, more sustainable farming and reducing reliance on scarce labor.

• 2+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally in-house at a technology company.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates for complex technical disciplines (e.g., AI/ML, computer vision, robotics).
• Strong proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred).
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently in a remote environment.

12-month contract with potential to convert to full-time. Remote work within the US. Hourly rate $40-$70/hr (annual equivalent $83k-$145k). No employee benefits. Equal opportunity employer.
