What you will drive

  • Own the technical evaluation of power-side equipment including inverters, power conversion systems, and medium-voltage transformer solutions.
  • Support supplier qualification by reviewing technical proposals and recommending suitable vendors or technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, procurement, and business development teams to shape power-side solution architecture for utility-scale BESS projects.
  • Translate technical requirements and market feedback into product requirements and roadmap input.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Power Systems, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in power electronics, inverters, power conversion systems, energy storage, or related electrical equipment.
  • Strong understanding of inverter technologies, medium-voltage equipment, and their integration into BESS or renewable energy systems.
  • Familiarity with grid compliance, interconnection requirements, and relevant standards such as UL, IEEE, IEC, NFPA.
