Mission

What you will drive

  • Hands-on implementation of solutions and case studies with clients, including designing and documenting integrations with clients' data sources and Granular's SaaS platform.
  • Managing client and prospect onboarding and service, from communication and advisory to technical support.
  • Reporting on and synthesizing activity, pain points, decisions, and progress on ongoing projects to key managers.
  • Contributing to product and cross-functional projects as required.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • STEM education required.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Appetite for the energy industry, ideally with some existing knowledge.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of a scripting language (preferably Python; VBA or R also a plus) and Claude Code, Codex or equivalent.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and other office tools (PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English.
