Mission
What you will drive
- Hands-on implementation of solutions and case studies with clients, including designing and documenting integrations with clients' data sources and Granular's SaaS platform.
- Managing client and prospect onboarding and service, from communication and advisory to technical support.
- Reporting on and synthesizing activity, pain points, decisions, and progress on ongoing projects to key managers.
- Contributing to product and cross-functional projects as required.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- STEM education required.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Appetite for the energy industry, ideally with some existing knowledge.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of a scripting language (preferably Python; VBA or R also a plus) and Claude Code, Codex or equivalent.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and other office tools (PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English.
