Technical Service Care Associate (On-Site or Remote)

• Own the customer experience from beginning to end for Technical Services reported issues
• Act as liaison with management and customers
• Provide excellent and timely customer service through phone, email, and chat
• Proactively reach out to customers regarding ticket statuses

This role ensures that energy-saving technologies operate efficiently, directly reducing global carbon emissions for small to medium sized enterprises.

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in customer phone service
• Creative problem solver with ability to multi-task
• Ability to work rotational weekend/holiday call
