Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and providing technical support and training to customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
