Mission
What you will drive
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing new ingredient opportunities with food manufacturers across North America, managing opportunities from discovery through commercialization.
- Support customer commercialization by guiding customers through sample evaluations, bench trials, pilot trials, and commercialization, working closely with Maia's Innovation team.
- Accelerate pipeline conversion by maintaining regular customer communication, removing adoption barriers, and prioritizing high-value opportunities.
- Manage pipeline and market development by maintaining accurate CRM records, monitoring pipeline health, representing Maia at trade shows, and gathering market intelligence.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years in food ingredients, food manufacturing, food technology, or related industries.
- Experience working directly with R&D, Innovation, Product Development, or Procurement teams.
- Active, established network of relationships with food manufacturing companies and proven track record of commercializing B2B ingredients.
- Strong understanding of food commercialization and product development processes; ability to translate technical benefits into commercial value.
