Mission
What you will drive
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle across engineering roles, from requirement intake and job description design through to offer management and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leaders, confidently managing expectations and navigating shifting priorities.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, particularly for hard-to-find engineering talent.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, assessing technical alignment, motivation, communication style, and potential risk indicators.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4+ years of solid recruitment experience, either agency-side or in-house.
- Proven background in recruiting engineering and technical profiles within Space, Aerospace, Automotive, robotics, or advanced manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in complex start-up organisations.
- Strong capability in stakeholder management, including working with senior and highly technical hiring managers.
