Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Drive successful planning, execution, and delivery of Unify America's Civic Gym Program, coordinating six national virtual dialogue events each spring, summer, and fall
  • Develop detailed project roadmaps, timelines, Gantt charts, and milestone plans while continuously assessing risks and developing mitigation plans
  • Facilitate collaborative discovery sessions to elicit, define, and document requirements, translating complex concepts into clear deliverables
  • Lead stakeholder meetings and serve as primary point of contact for project communication, providing consistent updates through status reports and dashboards

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field; PMP or Agile certification a plus
  • 3-6 years experience managing software or digital product projects in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid environments
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
