Technical Project Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of complex satellite mission delivery projects, ensuring technical, schedule, and contractual commitments are met.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Finance and Compliance teams during pre-sales to scope mission proposals, build realistic timelines, and develop implementation plans.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that detail tasks, dependencies, resources, and risks for every phase—manufacturing, integration, launch, commissioning and operations.
• Serve as the primary customer point of contact during project delivery, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment between Satellogic and customer teams.

This role supports Earth Observation technology that delivers decision-grade insights for climate monitoring, agriculture, energy, infrastructure, defense and intelligence, helping organizations detect change, manage risk, and plan with confidence.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management, preferably in aerospace, satellite systems, or complex engineering environments.
• Proven ability to develop and manage detailed project plans across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in the language of space projects, with familiarity in ECSS, NTSS, or similar standards.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, mission delivery processes, and the interdependencies across design, production, and operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills—able to translate technical findings into clear business context for diverse audiences.
