Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of complex satellite mission delivery projects, ensuring technical, schedule, and contractual commitments are met.
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Finance and Compliance teams during pre-sales to scope mission proposals, build realistic timelines, and develop implementation plans.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that detail tasks, dependencies, resources, and risks for every phase—manufacturing, integration, launch, commissioning and operations.
- Serve as the primary customer point of contact during project delivery, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment between Satellogic and customer teams.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management, preferably in aerospace, satellite systems, or complex engineering environments.
- Proven ability to develop and manage detailed project plans across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in the language of space projects, with familiarity in ECSS, NTSS, or similar standards.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, mission delivery processes, and the interdependencies across design, production, and operations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills—able to translate technical findings into clear business context for diverse audiences.
