Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage platform integrations with utility clients and vendors, ensuring on-time delivery of integration projects from requirements discovery through launch to production.
  • Champion the value of EnergyHub's platform APIs and integrations by conveying key use cases, benefits, and the overall integration process.
  • Develop repeatable playbooks for integrations of platform systems such as Customer Information Systems, Grid DERMS, and OpenADR dispatches.
  • Coordinate with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful integrations and launches.

This role helps utilities integrate distributed energy resources like smart thermostats, EVs, and batteries into virtual power plants, enabling higher penetration of renewable energy and contributing to a cleaner, more stable grid.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Experience in demand response, API integrations, and communication protocols (e.g., IEEE 2030.5, OpenADR).
  • Strong communication skills, especially external, with customers and partners, leading technical and implementation overviews.
  • Experience with REST API architecture, status codes, and authentication.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in technical program management, product management, developer relations, or related roles.
