Technical Program Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Lead Muon Space's Programs efforts, responsible for successfully delivering solutions, products, and technology while managing cost and schedule baselines contracts with the U.S. Government and Commercial Organizations
• Delight customers and users with high-quality products and solutions delivered on time and on budget, meeting contractual obligations
• Support business development through proposals, RFI responses, customer engagement, and organic growth
• Monitor and ensure successful execution of Muon's contracts that you manage

This role contributes to delivering Earth Intelligence for a safer and more resilient world through satellite constellations that support climate monitoring and national security missions.

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years relevant experience in program management
• B.S. in an engineering discipline (M.S. or Ph.D. preferred)
• Track record of successfully delivering complete systems (hardware, firmware, software, algorithms) on time, to scope, with high quality
• Experience in development and/or program management of satellite based systems

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range: $125,000 - $200,000 plus competitive equity grant
