Technical Program Manager

• Monitor robot performance to ensure high uptime and production.
• Drive the technical feedback loop by gathering field data and translating it into engineering priorities.
• Manage product lifecycle, coordinate technical support, and ensure strategic alignment with business goals.
• Generate customer reports to characterize robot performance and drive account expansion.

This role accelerates the transition to clean energy by ensuring the reliability and productivity of autonomous robots that automate solar construction, bridging the workforce gap in the renewable energy sector.

• BS in a technical field.
• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency with docs, spreadsheets, and slide decks (MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Familiarity with hardware/software R&D processes and tools (CAD, Github, Trello, LLMs).
• Willingness to be in the field routinely and ability to lift 40 lbs with a valid US driver's license.

Starting annual base salary range: $135,000 - $165,000.
