Technical Product Manager

• Own and maintain the product backlog in Jira, managing epics, features, and tasks aligned with the product roadmap.
• Drive sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure predictable delivery.
• Coordinate release management from development through production, including release notes and documentation.
• Serve as the primary bridge between Product and Engineering, translating technical constraints and aligning expectations.

This role ensures that Beep's autonomous mobility solutions are delivered efficiently and reliably, accelerating the deployment of sustainable transportation that reduces emissions and improves urban mobility.

• 2–5 years of experience in Product Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar role in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Jira (configuring boards, workflows, dashboards) and solid understanding of Agile/Scrum; Scrum certification required.
• Technical fluency in software development lifecycles, APIs, system architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field.

Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 base salary (commensurate with experience). Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, flexible PTO, and growth opportunities.
