Technical Operations Analyst

The Technical Operations Analyst will:

• Support internal operations, maintain and improve data tools, and help implement scalable solutions across the organization
• Play a key role in designing and implementing improvements to the organization's data infrastructure
• Work closely with multiple teams to maintain, improve, and build data tracking and analysis tools that monitor progress, improve efficiency, and support data-informed decision making
• Monitor and update current data infrastructure and analytical tools to ensure accurate financial insights and forecasts

This role creates positive change by helping progressive campaigns and initiatives build and run high-impact operations through improved data infrastructure and tools that support data-informed decision making.

Required qualifications:

• Excellent technical competency in Google suite or MS Office (especially Google Sheets or Excel)
• Demonstrated experience with Python, R/R Shiny, Redshift, SQL, Tableau, Looker Studio or similar technologies
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Commitment to client privacy and confidentiality
• Ability to work quickly and cooperatively under pressure with superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• High standards of excellence and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Proactive and self-directed learner

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior experience working with 501(c)3 and 501(c)4 non-profit organizations
• Prior experience working in a campaign environment
• Knowledge or experience with Quickbooks

Salary starts at $90,000. This position is eligible for an employee benefits package including:
