Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead or support client interactions by presenting updates, conducting research, and answering questions on decarbonization strategies and climate standards compliance
- Track and manage technical advisory requests from clients regarding carbon accounting, decarbonization strategies, and climate standards adherence
- Prepare client-facing materials including PowerPoint presentations, reports, memoranda, and communication documents
- Conduct desk research on corporate climate mitigation standards and support new business outreach through proposal development

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) with minimum 6 years of relevant experience in greenhouse gas accounting in agriculture
- Deep technical knowledge of climate standards including GHG Protocol Corporate Suite and SBTi, with experience in soil organic carbon models and agricultural commodity mitigation strategies
- Strong client service orientation with excellent written/verbal communication skills for explaining complex climate topics to non-experts
- Experience with data analysis software (Excel), life-cycle assessments, and understanding of corporate supply chain management

- Hourly rate: $82 - $85 per hour, dependent on experience
- Fully remote position with flexible working hours in EST/CT time zones
- Temporary position covering staff leave from approximately February 2026 to September 2026 (duration may be extended)
