Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Organize installations and trainings for farm staff on shrimp stunners in coordination with shrimp producers and stunner manufacturers
  • Supervise and support stunner installations and technical operation trainings for farm staff on farm sites
  • Train farm staff on humane slaughter of shrimps
  • Coordinate manufacturing, shipping and installations

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and writing)
  • Based in Ecuador or Honduras
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively in Latin America
  • Willing to work at shrimp farm conditions for short periods of time
  • Proactiveness and strong interpersonal, organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
