Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Organize installations and trainings for farm staff on shrimp stunners in coordination with shrimp producers and stunner manufacturers
- Supervise and support stunner installations and technical operation trainings for farm staff on farm sites
- Train farm staff on humane slaughter of shrimps
- Coordinate manufacturing, shipping and installations, and work with relevant parties to improve stunning equipment and operational processes

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and writing)
- Based in Ecuador or Honduras
- Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively in Latin America
- Willing to work at shrimp farm conditions for short periods of time
- Proactiveness, strong interpersonal skills, organizational and coordination skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge/experience in aquaculture is a plus
