Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide technical field service and direct customer support for the LaserWeederโ„ข in Switzerland.
  • Perform maintenance, calibration, repair, and inspection of the equipment.
  • Train operators for safe and effective use of the product.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems (electrical and mechanical) in collaboration with teams in Germany, Europe, and the USA.

This role directly contributes to reducing herbicide use and promoting sustainable agriculture by ensuring the reliable operation of the LaserWeeder, which eliminates weeds with sub-millimeter accuracy without chemicals.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Degree in Agricultural and Construction Machinery Mechatronics or Agricultural Sciences with a technical focus.
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanics, electrics, and software.
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel (75%+ during peak season) and hold a driver's license Class B/BE.
