What you will drive

  • Serve as the primary bridge between Engineering and Marketing/Communications, transforming technical projects into high-quality external content
  • Develop case studies, whitepapers, technical blogs, project spotlights, proposal content, and sales collateral
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to extract technical insights, clarify concepts, and shape compelling technical narratives
  • Build and maintain a structured library of marketing and proposal assets to ensure consistency and efficiency

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering — or a related technical field
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex technical work into clear, compelling content
  • Experience supporting proposals, technical documentation, or B2B marketing content
  • Preferred experience in engineering services, automation, systems integration, or industrial B2B environments
