What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Design, curate, and customize high-quality learning solutions and resources for technical courses in IT, cybersecurity, and software development
  • Instruct assigned courses, facilitate learning, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback
  • Support project management for technical course development and lead iterative improvement cycles
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, instructional design support, and subject matter experts to ensure content relevance and alignment with industry needs

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge in IT, cybersecurity, and/or software development with a bachelor's degree or appropriate credentials in computer science or technology-related discipline
  • Experience teaching technical courses in an online, asynchronous environment
  • Proficiency in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning theories (e.g., UDL)
  • Advanced skill in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and utilizing eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate)
  • Strong program and project management abilities for complex educational technology projects
