What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Design, curate, and customize high-quality learning solutions and resources for technical courses in IT, cybersecurity, and software development
- Instruct assigned courses, facilitate learning, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback
- Support project management for technical course development and lead iterative improvement cycles
- Collaborate with stakeholders, instructional design support, and subject matter experts to ensure content relevance and alignment with industry needs

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Deep knowledge in IT, cybersecurity, and/or software development with a bachelor's degree or appropriate credentials in computer science or technology-related discipline
- Experience teaching technical courses in an online, asynchronous environment
- Proficiency in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning theories (e.g., UDL)
- Advanced skill in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and utilizing eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate)
- Strong program and project management abilities for complex educational technology projects
