Tech Lead (f/d/m)

• Build a B2B procurement platform providing a seamless and beautiful experience for our customers.
• Assume responsibility for developing our marketplace & SaaS solution and a user interface people love to engage with daily.
• Drive the technical design, architecture, and implementation of new features and services.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

This role helps elevate climate action for customers by leveraging an impactful solution that fixes the voluntary carbon market, tackling one of the most critical challenges humanity faces: climate change.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/lead role.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and the Node.js ecosystem.
• Experience with React or another modern frontend framework.
• Familiarity with Rest APIs, proficiency in SQL, and experience with database models.
