Team Lead, Quality Assurance

• Design and implement the overall quality and testing strategy for Semios Group, including processes, standards, and workforce planning.
• Lead and mentor a diverse QA team (local/remote and internal/3rd party), overseeing recruitment, performance feedback, and professional development.
• Ensure high operational excellence across web/mobile apps, IoT firmware, and data infrastructure through comprehensive testing.

This role ensures the reliability and quality of agricultural technology products that help growers manage over 100 million acres, directly contributing to sustainable food production and improved farming efficiency.

• 6+ years of relevant QA experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership/management role.
• Strong background in QA methodologies and testing practices in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Experience leading distributed or remote QA teams and improving engineering processes.
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Selenium) and modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Django).
