Team Lead, Quality Assurance

• Design and implement the overall quality and testing strategy for Semios Group, including processes, standards, and workforce planning.
• Lead and mentor a diverse QA team (local/remote and internal/3rd party), overseeing recruitment, performance feedback, and professional development.
• Ensure end-to-end test coverage for web/mobile applications, IoT firmware, and data infrastructure, collaborating with engineering and product teams.

This role directly contributes to the reliability and quality of digital agriculture solutions that help growers improve sustainability and profitability, advancing sustainable food production globally.

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership/management position.
• Strong background in QA methodologies and testing practices, including automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Selenium).
• Experience leading QA teams in a fast-paced, agile environment, ideally with distributed or remote teams.
• Familiarity with web frameworks (React, Angular, Django, Rails), relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and DevOps tools.
