Team Lead, Portfolio Asset Management

• Lead and develop a team of Portfolio Asset Managers and Analysts overseeing a renewable energy portfolio exceeding 1 GW of financed assets.
• Enhance and automate core processes, manage project financial matters (P&L responsibility), prepare annual budgets, and track variance.
• Serve as owner's representative, ensuring compliance with all project governing documents and managing stakeholder relationships.

This role directly contributes to accelerating the energy transition by maximizing the financial and operational performance of a rapidly growing renewable energy portfolio, enabling cleaner, more sustainable power for millions.

• 4-5+ years of relevant energy industry experience.
• Strong understanding of project finance, legal contracts, accounting, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate work while coaching and mentoring others; exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• BA/BS degree required in business, finance, accounting, economics, or quantitative field; MBA or similar master's preferred.

Salary range: $114,000 - $142,375/year (USD). Total compensation includes annual bonus. Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off (vacation, sick leave, parental leave).
