Team Lead

• Develop high performance work teams that monitor their own performance for safety, quality, delivery & cost.
• Manage all production related activities for assigned personnel and departments to successfully meet assigned goals by tracking and managing assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Regularly communicate operating plans, targets, KPIs and expectations to the assigned production workforce.
• Ensure proper procedures and problem-solving techniques are utilized in daily production activities.

This role supports grid modernization and energy transition by ensuring reliable, high-quality distribution transformers that power homes, businesses, and communities across North America.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 1-2 years demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment or comparable combination of work/education experience.
• Must be open to work 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), arriving at 2:30pm for prep.
