Responsibilities

• Build and lead a deeply technical team of around 6 people focused on stable, secure, and predictable operation of the Intelligent Grid Platform (IGP)
• Own and evolve the operational execution of the IGP across customer environments, ensuring fast, structured handling of customer-impacting issues and incidents
• Drive operational excellence through pragmatic incident response, calm communication, and a continuous improvement culture with blameless learnings
• Shape team priorities, capacity, and roadmap by balancing short-term operational work with long-term reliability investments

• Strong experience operating complex applications and running services reliably under real-world constraints
• Proven experience leading and developing a team in an operations-heavy environment
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams
• Fluent in both German and English
• Continuous improvement mindset with ability to reduce operational toil via better processes, automation, and documentation
