Team Lead of GIS Technology Development 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

• Lead the GIS development technology team and manage full range of feasibility studies
• Provide technical support for development projects including dielectric, thermal management, and electrical engineering
• Plan capacity, people and resources for R&D projects and maintain the team as center of excellence for GIS development
• Support Global Product Support, Engineering, Supply Chain, Service, Production, Sales, and Product Management with technical expertise

This role develops new gas-insulated switchgear technology that enables more efficient and reliable high-voltage energy transmission systems, contributing to improved energy infrastructure.

• Degree in electrical, high voltage engineering, applied physics, or closely related subject from Polytechnical/Technical University
• Several years of experience in R&D, product development and leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills and proactive mentality with genuine enthusiasm for research and development
• Good command of English and German both written and spoken, with capability to work in multicultural environment
