Team Lead - Energy Consultant

• Lead, coach, and develop consultants while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Identify and pursue new consulting opportunities by building strong customer and internal networks

• Drive innovation by proposing and shaping R&D initiatives with clear scope, budget, and outcomes

This role accelerates the global energy transition by delivering strategic insights to shape the future of the electricity sector and helping customers navigate system planning, grid modernization, and the integration of sustainable energy solutions.

• Over 3 years of experience as a people leader, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and resource planning
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a focus on power or energy systems
• 11+ years (Bachelor’s), 9+ years (Master’s), or 7+ years (PhD) of experience in power system studies or research
• Experience providing advisory services, building customer relationships, and developing winning proposals
