What you will drive
- In this role, you'll oversee the entire EAGxUK conference project, lead a team of organizers, and serve as the main CEA contact.
- Act as event project manager, driving strategic decisions and coordinating all planning and execution.
- Recruit, interview, and hire the Admissions, Content, Communications, Production, and Volunteer leads.
- Oversee event budgeting and fiscal stewardship to maximise value from donated resources.
- Coordinate with all team leads, maintain detailed records, and lead post-event evaluation.
