Team Lead

• In this role, you'll oversee the entire EAGxUK conference project, lead a team of organizers, and serve as the main CEA contact.
• Act as event project manager, driving strategic decisions and coordinating all planning and execution.
• Recruit, interview, and hire the Admissions, Content, Communications, Production, and Volunteer leads.
• Oversee event budgeting and fiscal stewardship to maximise value from donated resources.
• Coordinate with all team leads, maintain detailed records, and lead post-event evaluation.
