Team Lead Digitalisation - Europe (d/f/m)

• Lead and manage the digital transformation team, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Develop and execute a digital transformation roadmap aligned with PV module and BESS business strategy, overseeing implementation of ERP, CRM, and data platforms.
• Enable data-driven decision-making by improving data integration, reporting, and analytics, and define KPIs to evaluate digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with commercial, engineering, and operations teams to gather requirements and drive change management.

This role accelerates the adoption of renewable energy by digitalizing PV and BESS operations, improving efficiency and enabling data-driven decisions that reduce costs and environmental impact.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Data Science, AI, Business Informatics, or related field.
• 7–10 years of professional experience in digital transformation, data/analytics, AI, IT systems, or process optimization within renewable energy, PV, energy storage, or industrial sectors.
• Proven experience leading digital or cross-functional project teams; strong understanding of PV module and/or BESS project workflows.
• Fluency in English (C1); Chinese fluency is an advantage.

Full-time position, remote within Germany. Occasional travel within Europe (~15%). Compensation details not specified.
