Team Lead – Data & Analytics (India) (F/M/D)

Core Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and mentor a resilient Data & Analytics team covering first and second level support, ensuring continuous availability and reliability of services in alignment with global teams.
• Manage service delivery across Data Management Services (data engineering, business intelligence, master data management, enterprise data provisioning, data platform management) and AI & Business Process Automation Services (Power Apps, RPA, Copilot Studio, machine learning, AI platform management).
• Function as a bridge between global business users and the Shared Service Centre delivery team, supporting requirements engineering, communication, and alignment.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process optimization, and prepare the team for scaling into project delivery.

This role creates positive change by leading a Data & Analytics team that enhances operational efficiency, reliability, and innovation through data management and AI automation services, supporting global business processes and decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field with 8+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, including 2–3 years in team leadership.
• Proven experience with IT service operations and service delivery management (ITIL framework preferred), and in Business Intelligence, Business Process Automation, or Data Management.
• Technical skills in Microsoft ecosystem (Fabric, Power Platform, Azure, Power BI), APIs, data pipelines, integration frameworks, and documentation tools.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills, with intercultural sensitivity for global collaboration.
