Team Lead - CDI

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Chennai CDI pod, including throughput, quality, and team capability.
• Manage intake queues, workload allocation, and capacity planning for data analysts and senior data analysts.
• Design SOPs, QA frameworks, and delivery standards; identify automation opportunities to reduce manual dependency.
• Act as the single point of ownership for CDI delivery across India and US stakeholders.

This role directly accelerates the decarbonization of the energy grid by enabling Arcadia to ingest and standardize utility data, empowering customers to track and reduce their carbon footprint through accurate sustainability reporting and clean energy adoption.

• 5+ years in data operations, data integration, or data quality roles, including 2+ years leading a team of 5 or more.
• Strong SQL for analysis, validation, and debugging; working Python for automation; advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and structured operational workflows; exposure to document-heavy workflows (PDF/OCR).
• Proven ownership of SLAs across complex, variable workflows; strong systems thinking and written communication.
