Team Assistant

Core responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day office administration tasks including filing, data entry, document organization, and maintaining office supplies and inventory
• Assist with booking and coordinating employee travel, tracking itineraries, and ensuring clear communication of travel details
• Receive and log incoming deliveries, assist with preparing outbound shipments, and maintain shipment records and delivery confirmations
• Support logistics for trade shows, conferences, customer visits, and internal events including coordinating shipments and supporting travel arrangements

This role enables engineers, leadership, and commercial teams to stay focused on building and delivering flight hardware by keeping the office running smoothly, shipments moving on time, travel organized, and customer-facing events well-coordinated.

Required qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, office support, logistics, or assistant role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with basic Microsoft tools (email, spreadsheets, shared drives)
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and dependable work ethic with willingness to follow established processes

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range: $42,000 – $55,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
