Talent Sourcer

• Source both passive and active candidates for difficult searches and high-volume requisitions.
• Create sourcing strategies to target, identify, map, and engage potential candidates.
• Monitor market developments and identify candidate pools through online research and industry events.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and conduct preliminary phone screens.

This role helps build a talented workforce that enables Republic Services to advance circularity and decarbonization, creating a more sustainable world.

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience.
• CIR, AIRS, Social Talent or similar sourcing/recruiting certification.
• Proficiency in social media, internet research, and sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
