Talent Sourcer

• Identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies, direct outreach, referral networks, research, and recruiting tools.
• Review inbound applicants and employee referrals, assessing candidates based on overall fit.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and sourcing strategies.

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or related people-focused role.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidates.
• Strong research skills and ability to identify talent through multiple sourcing channels.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
