What you will drive

  • Help implement a compelling talent acquisition strategy and proactively search for talent to stay ahead of company's hiring needs
  • Lead full applicant lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding, including planning interview rounds and briefs/debriefs
  • Implement various talent sourcing methods (online ads, direct sourcing, referrals, social media) and help implement emerging AI technology in talent space
  • Build relationships with candidates, stay abreast of recruiting trends, and collaborate with peers, business leaders, and HR for excellent candidate experience

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 8-10 years job-related experience as a talent acquisition or recruiting professional
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources, organizational leadership, business administration, or similar field
  • Excellent sourcing skills with proficient use of LinkedIn Recruiter as minimum expectation
  • Experience working collaboratively with hiring managers and ability to maintain confidentiality
