Talent Partner

• Source, screen and progress candidates through interview pipelines end-to-end
• Review CVs of direct applications and build proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
• Interview candidates with a focus on cultural fit and provide an amazing candidate experience
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers across various teams and roles

This role helps hire world-class talent needed to drive the renewable energy transition globally, supporting Octopus Energy's mission to build a truly digital energy supplier and manage renewable energy assets.

• Experience in sourcing and screening talent, including virtual candidate assessments
• Experience recruiting across tech, finance, or investment roles in fast-moving businesses (bonus)
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Previous experience screening and assessing candidates for both hard skills and cultural qualities
