What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage promising individuals across technical, policy, operational, and interdisciplinary domains
- Provide lightweight but high-value advisory support for career transitions and match individuals to priority-aligned roles across the ecosystem
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external field-building organizations to share intel and strengthen collective efforts
- Manage tooling for talent tracking and matchmaking, and improve scalable processes for high-quality introductions and placements

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 6+ years of experience in talent development, recruiting, program management, or people operations, ideally in mission-driven, technical, or complex environments
- Strong interpersonal judgment and ability to hold high-trust, nuanced conversations with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong operational instinctsโorganized, systems-minded, and able to triage, follow up, and execute effectively
- Familiarity with the AI safety ecosystem (or similar mission-driven technical fields) and excitement to contribute to its effectiveness and maturity
