What you will drive

Responsibilities / What You'll Do

  • Manage and execute the full-cycle recruiting process, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating offers
  • Facilitate Omni's internal consulting staffing committee by preparing materials, documenting decisions, and coordinating logistics
  • Coordinate the performance management cycle, including launching reviews, managing documentation, and tracking completion
  • Manage Omni's Lattice people management platform including data entry from demographic surveys and staff profile information updates

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent-related functions is preferred
  • Demonstrated passion and commitment to building sustained EDI initiatives through diverse team building, equitable policies, and inclusive cultures
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment operations, including resume screening, interview coordination, and offer facilitation
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience developing and refining hiring processes, with an orientation toward continuous improvement
  • Experience in a consulting, professional services, or similar environment is preferred
